We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stardustapothecary.com so we can assist with a replacement where appropriate.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products.
